Endstate C, the Sustainable Life, is a response to the threat of climate change.  It envisions adoption of a low carbon footprint rural lifestyle here in the Park.  But, national and global action on climate change will be needed to head off long-term disaster.  For now, reversing negative attitudes toward the science of climate change is a priority.

In the nearer term, adaptation to climate change means adaptation to more frequent severe storms and shorter winters.
