This area addresses the continued development of community infrastructure, including non-profits and housing.  The theme of citizen engagement runs through this vision and citizens need strong community organizations to become involved with.

An improved economy will go a long way toward helping our communities to be more livable and vibrant.  There are a number of areas of infrastructure and amenity development that this strategy addresses.  CAP-21 in the Old Forge area has had good experience with main street improvement grants and other approaches. We are not aware of other groups in the Park who have success to share, but we are sure they exist.  Tell us what you know about.
