Ultimate success will be seen in a stabilized level of full-time residents that includes families with young children as well as retirees.   Improved economic conditions in the region will make this possible.  It will also make it possible for more young people who grow up in the area to stay here and find meaningful employment.

The lack of racial diversity in the Park has been an issue discussed throughout the project.  Progress may come from unexpected directions or we may continue to diverge from the profile of the rest of the State and the Nation.
